The article explores the significance, content, and characteristics of preparing primary school teachers for professional activities with a focus on business-innovations. Enhancing financial literacy starting from elementary school is an economically viable and relevant concern. However, social and economic processes and conditions are not thoroughly addressed in the preparation of future teachers at universities. This issue highlights the necessity of establishing an effective training system based on business innovations in line with the requirements of modern, profession-oriented educational institutions.Through a program-corrective experiment, the authors emphasize the importance of incorporating "business-innovations" into the curriculum to ensure high-quality education and training for professionals who are well-adapted to modern society. One successful example of implementing this concept is the establishment of an innovative business club called "Smart Coach" at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, specifically within the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology. The club aims to create an innovative environment where students can develop entrepreneurial skills and learn new educational methods.The club offers future teachers an active role in the innovation process, including participation in expert-led master seminars organized by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, known as JSC "Atameken." Additionally, students have the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in practice and implement their own projects. The establishment of this club marks a significant step towards equipping future primary school teachers with innovative business skills.
