Developing the soft skills of future computer science teachers has become a key priority in modern teacher education within the context of the digital educational environment. The aim of this study was to theoretically substantiate, develop, and experimentally validate a model for developing the soft skills of future computer science teachers. The study was based on the systemic, competency-based, and learner-centered approaches. The research methods included literature analysis, theoretical modeling, a pedagogical experiment, questionnaires, and statistical data analysis. As a result, a theoretical model was developed that integrates three interrelated pedagogical conditions: organizing collaborative and interactive learning in the digital educational environment, integrating generative artificial intelligence tools into the educational process, and applying the eduScrum methodology together with project-based learning. The experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed model and revealed a statistically significant improvement in the soft skills of students in the experimental group compared with the control group. The findings can be used to improve the professional training of future computer science teachers.
