In general, student career guidance as a social system is an integral element of the state's personnel policy and an integral part of the human resource management mechanism. It allows us to take into account the demand of the economy, demographic and national characteristics of the population, form an employment structure, harmonize personal and public interests, develop their creative abilities and social activity, and increase job satisfaction. In modern society, the career guidance system is considered one of the most important factors determining the goal of achieving successful socio-economic development at the level of society and private enterprise.
