This article discusses the development of the spiritual and creative potential of future pedagogues in the context of the "school-higher education institution" system. The relevance of the study is associated with the need for teacher training, which should not only focus on knowledge delivery but also aim to develop students' creative and spiritual qualities in the rapidly changing educational and social environment.
The purpose of the work is to analyze theoretical perspectives and practical methods that contribute to the formation of the spiritual and creative potential of pedagogical students within the framework of pedagogical training. The study employs a comprehensive approach, including theoretical analysis, empirical research, and pedagogical experimentation. Data collection methods included surveys, interviews with researchers, observation of pedagogical practices, psychodiagnostic methods, and analysis of university curricula. The study involved undergraduate students in pedagogical fields, university faculty, school mentors, and senior high school students.
The results of the study show that the interaction of educational institutions within the "school-higher education institution" system plays a key role in shaping the creative and spiritual qualities of future educators. Based on the data analysis, effective methods and forms of work that promote the development of the spiritual and creative potential of future pedagogues, as well as innovative approaches in pedagogical practice and the integration of humanitarian and creative subjects into university curricula, were identified. Furthermore, the necessity of strengthening the connection between higher education institutions and schools and incorporating methods aimed at developing the spiritual and creative personality of future pedagogues into the educational process was highlighted.
