Today, the implementation of Kazakhstan's strategy to join the top thirty countries of the world and, accordingly, the need to enter the global educational space, raises the issue of training specialists who meet the market requirements of higher education institutions. The modern labor market economy sets the task of forming a new type of competitive specialists who can freely enter the world of production, who have acquired knowledge, skills, and, most importantly, developed personal qualities, which are the basis for successful action.
In the field of economics, this concept describes the demand for manufactured goods, but now we can see that competitiveness is a comprehensive concept that reflects the value and quality parameters of industrial products. At the same time, the main product of pedagogical higher educational institutions is the high-quality training of future teachers engaged in child education.
Currently, the concept of "social partnership" is widely used in the pedagogical lexicon, so it is a special institution of civil society that takes knowledge as the main value. Social partnership in education is the interaction of various social institutions related to education (employers, places of employment, trade unions, culture, sports institutions, parents, etc.). On the basis of such communication, the educational system changes towards practical orientation.
In this study, the theoretical problems of forming the competitiveness of the future teacher are considered, as a practical solution, joint work with the institutions of social partnership of higher education institutions is taken, and effective ways of organizing it are put into practice.
