The article is devoted to the current problem of interpersonal relationships in children's groups - school bullying. The novelty of the article lies in the fact that the authors attempted to identify personality traits and the nature of their behavior in the process of relationships in a group, as well as the social attitudes that guide adolescents in life. Purpose of the study: to identify the features of bullying among teenage schoolchildren. The article presents the results of experimental work related to the study of the behavioral characteristics of adolescents, namely victimization trends and the choice of ways out of stressful situations. We used various research methods: theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, generalization, specification, testing. Two methods were used for testing: the first was the “Tendency to Victim Behavior” method, the second was S. Hobfoll’s “Strategies for Coping with Stressful Situations (SACS)” questionnaire. The data showed average results. The authors also give a new definition to the concept of bullying and recommendations for solving the bullying problem. The results of the study can be used by teachers and educators in practice.
