INTEGRATION OF NAOKO TAGUCHI'S PRAGMATIC APPROACH INTO KAZAKHSTAN'S PEDAGOGY: CRITICAL ANALYSIS AND PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Abstract

This article examined Naoko Taguchi's research on pragmatic competence and the most important aspects of effective communication in pedagogical methodology. The study aims to improve the pedagogical methodology that allows for increasing the pragmatic competence of students studying the Kazakh language by adapting Taguchi's conclusions. To achieve this goal, the authors conduct a critical analysis of Taguchi's published scientific works from the 2000s to the present, focusing on pragmatic teaching and strategies for increasing pragmatic competence among Kazakh language learners.

The main results systematized the chronological evolution of Taguchi's research. The review covers everything from his research on pragmatic competence in the early 2000s to recent developments in the advanced field of pragmatic learning technology. Key ideas from Taguchi's work include the importance of a contextualized and interactive learning environment and the effectiveness of technology, especially digital games, in teaching pragmatic aspects of language.

The article proposes to test and apply these ideas in practice as teaching methods for teachers of the Kazakh language. It involves the use of digital tools for interactive and context-oriented learning and adaptation of teaching methods to the unique cultural and linguistic context of Kazakhstan. These strategies are aimed at developing comprehensive pragmatic competence of students in the Kazakh language, preparing them for effective communication in various contexts.
