THE STATE OF STUDY OF THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF UNDERGRADUATES PEDAGOGICAL DIRECTION

Abstract

This article discusses the issue of the formation of digital competence of undergraduates. Through the method of analysis of scientific pedagogical, specialized literature, the concept of "digital competence" and its components, data related to the specifics of the development of digital competence of teachers, are collected and determined.

The research work analyzes the definitions of the concept of digital competence by I.V.Domozhirova, T.A.Selemenova, K.S.Okrut, K.S.Tozhibaeva, G.ZH.Niyazova, Sh.A.Annaeva, based on the research of E. V. Yashkova, L. V. Lavrentieva, K. S. Okrut, A.V.Gozalova, P.F.Kubrushko, L.I.Nazarova, N.S.Gritsenko characteristics have been developed for the structure of digital competence. The report "UNESCO framework for ICT competence for teachers", published by the Organization for Economic Development and cooperation (OECD), and domestic and foreign studies were analyzed, based on the development of digital competence of teachers.

As a result of the research work, we can conclude that the digital competence of students is the ability to skillfully use information technologies, digital resources in the educational process.

As a result of the research, an analysis of the research of Kazakhstani and foreign scientists was carried out, a definition of the concept of digital competence of a teacher was given, recommendations were given for the formation of digital competence of undergraduates of pedagogical orientation, a digital educational environment.
