OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPING TRANSVERSAL SKILLS FUTURE TEACHERS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION BASED ON NATIONAL VALUES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of transversal skills of future primary education teachers based on national values ​​in the training of specialists at the present stage. Based on the study of scientific literature, the current state of the development of transversal skills is analyzed, experience, prospects and opportunities for using national values ​​are considered. Based on the fact that future teachers of primary education show a high interest in the development of transferable and soft skills through national values, the article determines the relevance of the problem of developing students' transversal skills.

The results of the author's survey "Knowledge of the personality and the development of transversal skills through national values" conducted by students of the specialty "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai are analyzed, as well as the results of the study showed that the views and attitudes of students to national values ​​are positive. According to them, the development of transversal skills: the ability to work in a team, solve problems, creativity, communication skills, critical thinking and leadership will create an opportunity to receive a quality education focused on national values ​​and form a competitive nation.
