Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of developing preschool students’ creative thinking. The main
objective of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional education in the development of students’
creative thinking, since it is one of the important forms.Based on the study and analysis of literature, it was
found that the development of creative thinking is based on the child’s enthusiasm for a certain type of
creative activity: chess, dancing, wrestling, visual or theatrical activities, phytodesign, modeling, robotics
and others. The authors revealed the potential and content of each of these types of activities and suggested
ways to implement them. The proposed ideas will be useful in constructing individual educational trajectories
based on the personal needs of students in the process of further education, where the child learns to plan
their own activities, mastering the skills of self-management.
