INFLUENCE OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAININGS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The article examines the effectiveness of educational activities of students by influencing the group psychological properties of socio-psychological aspects. It is shown that changes in the structure of educational motivation are formed during the formation of resistance to the chosen profession, taking into account the interests of the group and the abilities of students. It has been established that the effectiveness of educational activities also forms the qualities necessary for the future profession.

The empirical base of the study was made up of students of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov. There are 4 groups in total, over 30 students.

In accordance with the hypothesis, a complex of several methods was formed: observation, content analysis, a combined questionnaire: where the individual scale is the motives for choosing a profession, the motives of educational activity, the image of the future, a problem area; socio-psychological qualities of the group (creative, moral, business), methods for determining the spiritual and moral image of the group and determining the social and value orientation of the group contributed to the development of the pedagogical abilities of future teachers and to an increase in the effectiveness of training.

The article analyzes the essence of pedagogical abilities and requirements to the teacher in connection with the development of the new time and society. The works of modern Russian, foreign and Kazakh scientists who have studied the development of pedagogical abilities as a pedagogical and psychological phenomenon, their nature, structure and content are studied and analyzed. Paying attention to the constant and continuous development of abilities in the process of theoretical or practical activity is a form of transformation of the primary structure of properties into differential structures, that is, the development of pedagogical abilities makes it possible to develop professional skills.  

Taking into account the socio-psychological aspects, the effectiveness of the educational activities of students, great opportunities open up for the development of the pedagogical abilities of future teachers, which is reflected in the studies obtained. Increasing the socio-psychological development of students, their entry into a socially significant sphere and the introduction of joint activity technology into the application process gives an effective result.
