Abstract

The article highlights the problem of introducing elements of dual education into the process of professional training of future teachers. In addition, in professional education, methodological methods of dual training provide for system-integrated, system-structural, system-activity, system-integrated and system-historical approaches.

In the conditions of dual training in Germany, the competencies of future specialists are considered. Such an extra-functional qualification is characterized by a decisive qualification character. In general, there are three skill levels. In addition, he showed himself in material knowledge and skills. The problem of the development of practical skills of future teachers in professional education is investigated. Analyzing the practical skills of students, he considered the concepts of practical training, social partnership. Social partnership provides for strengthening ties with enterprises, opening up additional opportunities for educational institutions. He dwelt in detail on the principles of teaching used in dual training. Updating vocational education, first of all, concerns the actualization of practical training of students. In general, the main task of vocational education was to form the full readiness of the future specialist for professional activity. From a pedagogical point of view, social partnership involves improving the general and professional cultural level, professional and personal qualities of a specialist, taking into account the requirements of modern production
