The relevance of the development of technical creativity of schoolchildren in supplementary education has been justified in the article on the basis of the documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education. It is noted that the need of the education system for motivated and qualified teachers, alongside with other factors, confirms the relevance of the problem of forming the readiness of future teachers for developing the technical creativity of schoolchildren using distance learning technologies (DLT). Taking the urgency of the indicated problem into account, the aim of the given authorised scientific project has been determined as follows: on the basis of theoretical analysis to justify, develop and experimentally test the system for forming the readiness of future teachers for developing the technical creativity of schoolchildren through distance learning technologies. The article presents the theoretical analysis of scientific works that reveal the conceptual foundations of modeling; the characteristics and features of pedagogical modeling are given; the features of the process of pedagogical modeling of the system on formation of the readiness of future teachers for the development of technical creativity of schoolchildren through distance learning technologies are revealed through the justification of the specifics of the developed system and its brief structural and content characteristics. Having a traditional structure of the pedagogical system, the authorised system is distinguished by the presence of two subsystems in its structure: the formation of teachers' readiness for the development of technical creativity of schoolchildren through DLT and the development of technical creativity of schoolchildren using DLT. The system-forming component is distance learning technologies that performs important functions both in the system itself and in its subsystems being crucial for establishing relationships between the system components and their elements.
