Higher education institutions are dominated by the efficiency of using cloud and mobile technologies in order to improve the student-centered approach in the educational process. This improved approach improves the quality of knowledge and progress in the educational process. The research works of foreign scientists present a context-cloud model of cloud and mobile technologies. One of the promising areas of research in the field of education is the use of cloud and mobile technologies as the basis for a student-centered approach in the education system. Currently, the issues of improving the efficiency of the educational process in higher education institutions are being put forward in terms of the use of cloud and mobile technologies. In the course of the study of improving the student-centered approach, the relevance of cloud and mobile technologies was noted. The purpose of our study is to consider the problem of improving the student-centered approach using cloud and mobile technologies in the educational process. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to widely use new technological capabilities in the educational process. During the global pandemic, especially in the distance learning and virtual learning environment, the need for this approach has increased due to its effectiveness. As a result of the analysis carried out during the study, we say that cloud and mobile technologies can become an essential tool for student-centered learning. One of the main objectives of the study is to improve the student-centered approach in the educational process using cloud and mobile technologies and to analyze the current state.
