PROBLEMS OF FORMATION OF LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL COMPETENCE IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

Abstract

Recently, in general education schools, we often face the problem of students' lack of ability to express their opinions, to use artistic images in speech. It is clearly seen here that it is not enough to study only the lexical and grammatical structure of the Kazakh language, but it is also important to teach students to search independently, think critically, teach them those expressive means that will contribute to the formation of their skills of competent and artistic information transmission. The expressive means of the Kazakh language are a very important part of the national language. In order to preserve it, to pass it from generation to generation, especially in the secondary education system, it is necessary to improve a special methodological program for studying the expressive means of the language. The article analyzes the use of expressive means in textbooks on the Kazakh language and literature. Methodical methods of studying expressive means are also considered. A number of recommendations are given to improve the linguistic and cultural characteristics of the expressive means of the Kazakh language. The theoretical substantiation of linguistic and cultural competence formed by mastering language means is determined.
