BULLETIN Series of Pedagogical Sciences

The scientific journal is a scientific publication for the publication of the main research results on pedagogical sciences and educational problems at all levels of the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries.

THEMATIC FOKUS: Publication of scientific materials on the methodology, history, scientific foundations and methods of professional training, conditions for the organization of the pedagogical process and the school.

The FOUNDER AND PUBLISHER of the journal is NAO "Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University".

The history of the formation of the scientific journal "Khabarshy" Abai KazNPU, the series "Pedagogical Sciences" dates back to 1978, on the basis of the Department of Pedagogy of the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Abai Pedagogical Institute, when a Specialized Council K 113.03.01 for the award of the scientific degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences was found.   From that time the publication of a thematic interuniversity collection of scientific papers began (executive editor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor G.A.Umanov, Deputy Executive Editor Khmel N.D.) is on. This collection was designated by the Higher Attestation Commission of the USSR as a scientific publication, where scientific articles related to the problems of research of candidate and doctoral dissertations were published.

In 1992, a Specialized Council D 113.03.01 was opened at the Abai ASU for awarding the degree of doctor of pedagogical sciences. The publication of articles based on the results of doctoral dissertations was also carried out in the above-mentioned thematic Interuniversity collection of scientific papers. The collection was published till 2000 year. In the formation and development of scientific publications of the Department of Pedagogy, a great contribution was made by Doctors of pedagogical sciences, professors Umanov G.A., Khmel N.D., Nurgalieva G.K., Zhapeisova K.K., Kerimov L.K., Kaidarova A.D. and etc.

Since 2001, the Bulletin of ASU named after Abay (the series "Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences") has been published. Because of  the renaming the Abay ASU in 2003, the Bulletin was also renamed as the Bulletin of the Abai KazNPU, the series "Pedagogical Sciences". Different years, the editor-in-chief of the journal were prominent scientists: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Umanov G.A. (until 2000), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Zhampeisova K.K. (2000-2008; 2015-present); Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kerimov L.K. (2008-2010); Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Baymoldaev T.M. (2010-2015). A great deal in the formation of each issue of the journal was carried out by the responsible secretaries: Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor B.R. Aitmambetova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Docent L.P. Illarionova; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kaidarova A.D.

The editorial board of the journal includes leading scientists of Kazakhstan and the countries of the near and far abroad.

Based on the decision of the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science (order No. 433-3 zh dated on June 26, 2003) Bulletin of Abay KazNPU, the series "Pedagogical Sciences" is included in the list of publications for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations in pedagogical sciences.

Registered at the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 8, 2009 No. 10104-Zh. and reregisted on 07/04/2021

The journal has an international standard serial number of periodicals ISSN 1728-5496

The journal is indexed by the Kazakhstan Citation Database (KazBC) of JSC "National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise" (NCGNTE) ( https://nauka.kz/page.php?page_id=795).   Journal
articles are registered in the CrossRef database. Each author's article is assigned a DOI - a digital identifier of an object, which is used to provide citation, reference and output to electronic documents.

The purpose of the scientific journal is an objective presentation of the findings in fundamental, theoretical and applied researches in the field of pedagogical science, education, national education; discussion of the actual methodological, theoretical, practical problems of the development of university, postgraduate, secondary, post-secondary, preschool, primary, special and additional education in Kazakhstan and countries of far and near abroad; familiarization with the latest theoretical, methodological and practical achievements of Kazakhstani and foreign authors; acquisition of skills, competencies and experience in professional activities in order to train and improve the skills of teachers who meet modern requirements of society, improve the quality of educatio

For publication in the journal, previously unpublished and not intended for simultaneous publication in other publications articles by: Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences, scientists, PhD doctors, Post-doctorate students, Doctorate-students on corresponding course, PhD students, Master students, pedagogues (educators) and education authorities at all levels of the educational system of   the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also foreign scientists are accepted for publication.
