The relevance of the problem under study lies in the fact that the training of future teachers and educators of preschool organizations plays an important role in education and affects future generations. Children need to develop the ability to express ideas clearly and clearly, think critically and creatively, and skillfully use cognitive skills. The purpose of the article is to reveal the ways of teaching preschool educators and teachers using the methods of fairy tale therapy effectively and expediently. This technique contributes to the development of socio-cultural interaction for children of different age groups, but it is important that these methods and forms are suitable for the age category of children. The leading research methods of this problem are the methods of analysis and comparison, which will help to recognize the highest quality ways of teaching future teachers by selecting the best, as well as the deduction method, with the help of which it is possible to logically consider the issue from a broad paradigm to a narrower and clearer system of understanding. The article reveals and substantiates the ways and methods of training teachers for preschool organizations based on the use of fairy-tale therapy as an important part of upbringing, education and the development of communication skills, and the importance of developing the communication skills of future educators and children is revealed. The materials of the article are of practical value for students and future teachers who will become teachers and educators, as well as for those who want to improve their professional level, master the methods and techniques of fairy-tale therapy in a robot with children and improve their parenting and teaching skills, making them effective and of high quality.
