The article discusses the system of formation of qualitative personality traits of junior schoolchildren in the current situation from a pedagogical point of view, the implementation of educational processes in an organized pedagogical process of mastering and assimilating universal and spiritual values on the basis of the national educational heritage. The authors also express their opinion that educational work in primary schools should be humane and have a wide range of knowledge about national spiritual values in the field of training professional primary school teachers. The issue of the development of national spiritual values in the education of younger schoolchildren is a priority area of a specially organized pedagogical process. The opinions are summarized on the content of the merits of forming a student's views on universal and spiritual values in a person, harmonizing their orientation with the aim of education.
