Due to the extraordinary speed of the development of information technologies, both methods and technologies for ensuring the educational process have evolved. As practice shows, the informatization of the educational environment makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the learning process. Therefore, teachers should be guided by information flows, be able to work with computer technology, be ready to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. The study provides an analysis of the goals of using ICT capabilities by teachers of secondary schools. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was conducted among teachers. The questionnaire included questions related to the characteristics of the use of ICT by teachers, the regularity of use, as well as questions related to the attitude of teachers to ICT tools.
The article examines the process of using information and communication technologies in education. The results of the study can be used to improve the effectiveness of the educational process.
