PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR REDUCING THE LEVEL OF ANXIETY IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

This article presents psychological and pedagogical conditions for reducing the level of anxiety of high school students in secondary schools in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis of scientific and theoretical literature has shown the degree of study of the problems of psychological disorders of children, adolescents and youth in general in connection with psychological experiences associated with restrictive measures of quarantine, isolation, preventive and protective measures of public health.

The main idea of the study is that the definition and practical application of psychological and pedagogical conditions for reducing the level of anxiety in high school students will not only reduce their anxiety in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic, but also avoid other psychological disorders and disorders.

According to the results of a meta-analysis of scientific literature in the information databases Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed, it was determined that the scientific world reacted in a timely and effective manner to the problems associated with an adequate response of people to the Covid-19 pandemic, i.e. various physiological, psychological and behavioral manifestations of an anxious state of the individual. All the scientific arguments and practical recommendations of scientific achievements of scientists of the world formed the basis of psychological and pedagogical conditions for reducing the level of anxiety in high school students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
