Abstract

The article emphasizes the need to identify ways to improve the effectiveness of the formation and development of significant personality traits of primary school students in the framework of extracurricular activities carried out in the context of the use of modern information and telecommunication technologies. Within the framework of the research conducted by the authors, the model, principles, conditions, goals, methods and means necessary for the organization of appropriate extracurricular work at school have been consistently developed. Experiments to evaluate a series of extracurricular activities related to circle activities and conducted under the conditions of the use of information technology were conducted during the school year with students of the A. Bokeikhanov Gymnasium No. 1 and Gymnasium No. 49 named after Y. Altynsarina, Taraz, Zhambyl region. On the basis of the series of experiments described in the article, as an example in practice, the possibility of more effective development of educational motivation, educational independence and other personality qualities in schoolchildren under the conditions of the use of pedagogical techniques developed during the mentioned study is confirmed.
