Abstract

Abstract

The educational system of each country plays a major role in improving the quality of human resources in society. Any educational reform in the country is impossible without the participation of highly qualified and competitive teachers. Therefore, the quality of teacher training at TVET and universities levels is main problems in the world. This article deals with the main features of teacher training in TVET and higher educational institutions in foreign countries. The main emphasis is placed on the research of the organization of internship practices, pedagogical internships, as well as the problems of the training of applied bachelors in the system of TVET. On the basis of an overview of international experience in the field of education, conclusions are drawn on the modernization of the educational system in Kazakhstan and on improving the quality of vocational training for future teachers. This article was written within the scope of program-targeted funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic "Scientific foundations of modernization of the education and science system", section "Research and development of recommendations for the transformation of the pedagogical direction in the TVET system in accordance with the best world practices".
