The authors of the article examine the relevance and significance of using project-based activities to develop social skills in preschool children, as these skills play a key role in shaping their interaction with the surrounding world. The article argues that during project implementation, children learn to work in teams, listen to and respect the opinions of others, and take responsibility for collective outcomes. An analysis of practical experience and existing research enabled the authors to identify and apply effective methods for developing communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, thereby enhancing children’s self-confidence and social adaptation.
As a result, the authors conclude that project-based activities have a positive impact on the development of children’s social skills and their ability to cooperate, and they provide practical examples and recommendations for the educational process.
