Abstract

The main goal of the national educational policy is to transfer the education system to the path of sustainable innovative development and achieve high results in accordance with world standards. At the present stage, the role of education is determined by the tasks and strategy of the democratic and legal state. Educational policy should reflect national educational interests and take into account the general trends in the educational process in the world. Modern multicultural society also places high demands on the level of training of specialists in the field of vocational education and on the ability of the future teacher to master knowledge. The article analyzes the role of pedagogical practice in preparing the future teacher for pedagogical activity. Pedagogical practice is considered as the main tool for the formation of professional competence of future teachers, based on systemic, activity and personal approaches. In addition, it is an important component of general pedagogical training and an effective form of vocational training in a higher pedagogical school.
