THE METHODOLOGY OF PREPARING MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR TEACHING STUDENTS MODERN AVIATION CONCEPTS

Abstract

This article provides a summary of the methodology for preparing mobile applications for teaching students modern aviation concepts. The types of mobile applications and their functions in teaching modern aviation terms are described. Terminology training is also described as the main component of professional training, and a thesaurus dictionary compiled in three languages is interpreted as an effective tool for training future specialists. The pedagogical conditions in the preparation of mobile applications for teaching students modern aviation concepts are determined by: adaptation of educational material of aviation concepts to mobile devices; full use of mobile technologies as a didactic tool; formation of an interactive and communicative digital environment; step-by-step, systematic development of components of teaching aviation concepts. Aviation terminology: the use of terms and phraseology in accordance with ICAO, EASA, and IATA standards, the content of the elective course for students is offered as a methodology for teaching basic terms through mobile applications, providing a proper understanding of communication in the aviation industry.

 Diagnostic and control work was carried out in the empirical department. 234 students took part in the experimental work. The respondents received and statistically analyzed the results of the survey «Тhe use of mobile applications in teaching modern aviation concepts» in identification and control experiments.
