This article reveals the role and importance of interactive learning in the professional training of future teachers. Its possibilities in the development of modern properties and qualities demanded by a legal democratic state, the basis of which is a developed civil society, closely connected with private property, market relations are noted. The authors focus on the need for a legal democratic state as the main factor influencing the change in the content of education of future teachers. The necessity of intensive implementation of interactive learning in the educational process of higher pedagogical education is actualized, based on the low level of development of critical, creative, productive thinking and the subjective component of the personality of the future teacher, which are in demand in a rapidly changing society. The significance of interaction as the basis of interactive learning is noted. The conditions for the effective implementation of interactive learning in small groups as an innovative form of learning are presented. The importance of developing adaptive leadership qualities in future teachers during interactive learning is noted. The role of the synergetic approach as a methodological basis for interactive learning is revealed.
