The article provides a functional model for the formation of universal learning activities of primary school students through differentiated learning. When preparing the model, the basic concepts, types of differentiated learning and universal learning activities are analyzed. It explains about three types of universal training sessions. These are: regulatory, communicative and cognitive. It is stated that the regulatory universal educational activity includes self-regulation, goal setting, planning, assessment, self-regulation, self-esteem, control, correction of independent activity. While communicative universal learning activities include cooperation, the ability to hear, listen and understand a partner, reaching agreement, discussion, correct expression of thoughts, harmonious performance, role distribution, mutual control of each other's actions. Cognitive universal educational activity is characterized by logical, cognitive and symbolic skills, independent goal construction, study, search and selection of necessary information, its structuring, modeling of the studied content, independent construction of algorithms.
The functional model of the formation of universal learning activities of younger schoolchildren through differentiated learning explains the motivational, cognitive, operational, and evaluative components, criteria, and indicators corresponding to it. The analysis of the results provides the results of the control and follow-up work of the detection period.
