The article discusses the structural and substantive nature of training future specialists on the basis of a systematic basis in theoretical and practical aspects. In theoretical aspects, an analysis of the content and structure of such concepts as" System"," System"," teaching graphic disciplines " in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical conditions is carried out. Consistency is defined as a form of applying the theory of cognition and dialectics to the study of processes occurring in Nature, Society, and thinking. The substantive nature of" consistency as a pedestal – a complex system " is analyzed. The article describes the types of graphic training and the importance of its training on the basis of a systematic basis. On the basis of the systematic basis, the principles of visualization, understanding of information, the development of cognitive skills, the development of creative abilities, the possibilities of interactive learning for future specialists of graphic disciplines were formed and its functions were determined. Based on empirical analysis, a program of the elective course "teaching graphic disciplines on a systematic basis" is developed and its summary is presented. At the detection stage for future specialists, the results of a questionnaire consisting of 9 questions are given with quantitative, percentage calculations. The detection stage was conducted by students of the Department of vocational education at the Faculty of computer systems and vocational education of the Kazakh agrotechnical university named after S. Seifullin in Astana. During the detection experiment on the questionnaire for students in graphic subjects, the results of the responses of the respondents of the control group (62) to the questionnaire are analyzed.
