Based on the review of modern scientific literature, the authors find that effective communication is crucial in molding the character and educational attainment of students. The author notes that communication is of key importance in the classroom: it is usually considered that 50% of knowledge to 50% of communication skills are required for successful teaching. As a result, the teacher must be proficient in all four ways of communication and must know how to use these skills effectively in the school environment. The importance of educating the culture of communication of students is pointed out, and in this regard, contemporary primary school educators must implement training, development, and educational practices grounded in an understanding of each student's unique attributes. They should also possess the ability to navigate the ever-changing educational landscape and guide students towards higher levels of growth, while simultaneously engaging in scientific inquiry. The results showed that the developed hrecommendations effectively form the knowledge of future specialists in comparison traditional teaching methods can enhance the quality of student understanding, foster student engagement in learning, and elevate pedagogical abilities..
