During the study, the forms and types of feedback organization were analyzed, their impact on improving the quality of education, the development of new teaching methods, and the formation of an innovative education system were revealed. In addition, the capabilities of the virtualedu platform, created in the context of educational telematics, were presented. It allows you to conduct lectures, practical classes, group, pair work, seminars, and organize feedback. Here, chat and video call functions are integrated into the platform itself. This allows users to share opinions, ask questions, and receive real-time support.
