Well-controlled innovation is a tricky business because the information in electronic databases is constantly updated and the materials intended for evaluation have not previously been subjected to careful analysis. The functional meaning is a false indication that in reality the recommended educational technologies support a euphemism designed to speed up and pass through the experience and carefully controlled assessment of educators.
