In modern Kazakhstan, there is an increasing need for highly qualified social educators with the competencies necessary to provide effective support and assistance in various social spheres of society. This need is related to a number of problems facing society, such as increasing the number of families in need of social support, improving the quality of education and introducing inclusive practices in educational institutions, as well as solving the problems of children and youth with special educational needs. In accordance with this, there is an increasing need for specialists with in-depth knowledge, professional skills and competencies in the field of social work and pedagogy, who are able to effectively respond to various social challenges and contribute to the social integration and well-being of various groups of the population.
The article is aimed at identifying the factors influencing the readiness of a social pedagogue for pedagogical activity. The study examines the main aspects of this problem, analyzes the social, psychological and educational factors affecting the readiness and competence of a social teacher. The main purpose of the study is to identify the factors influencing the readiness of a social pedagogue for effective pedagogical activity in order to further develop and improve professional training in this field. To analyze the factors influencing the training of a social pedagogue according to the research methodology, we studied various research methods, including methodological manuals and innovative methods, as well as the scope of application of the analysis of the obtained requisites.
