THE EXPERIENCE OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SYSTEM BASED ON STANDARDS

Abstract

This study, which discusses the role and importance of innovative management methods in achieving educational outcomes defined within the framework of education in Kazakhstan, aims to identify the impact of innovative management methods on the secondary education system in Kazakhstan. The study was conducted in conjunction with a questionnaire in practice using theoretical methods. The study takes into account the theoretical and practical applications of foreign and Kazakhstani researchers on school management and standardization of secondary education, innovative activity of teachers using a conceptual approach and identifies the need for continuous management of innovative processes in the compulsory educational process of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The questionnaire was used to determine the opinions and recommendations of Kazakhstani teachers and administrators on improving the educational process within the framework of the standards of general secondary school education defined by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
