The article focuses on the process of training special educators and specialists in inclusive education in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the existing education system and its ability to meet the needs of children with special educational needs (SES). In the context of the growing number of children with SEN, the article highlights the need to adapt the educational system to the individual needs of each child.
The relevance of the study is due to the regulatory requirements of Kazakhstan for inclusive education and the identified gaps in the training of qualified specialists who are able to work effectively in an inclusive education environment.
The methods used in the article include the analysis of official data, legislation, as well as a survey of teachers of the specialty "Special Pedagogy" of Aktobe Regional University named after K.Zhubanov. The survey was aimed at identifying problematic aspects in the educational program and developing proposals for their improvement.
The analysis showed that the main problems are related to insufficient practical training of students, the use of outdated educational materials, the lack of modules on new technologies and teaching methods, as well as weak interaction with the labor market. These results indicate the need to update curricula and improve the quality of the educational process.
The results of the study are important for the development of inclusive education in the Aktobe region and can be used to form strategies and practices in the field of education of special educators. The proposed recommendations contribute to the creation of a more effective educational environment, which, in turn, will improve the quality of education and the integration of children with SEN into society.
