The current state of society requires from a graduate of a higher educational institution not only the possession of special knowledge and skills in the field of professional activity, but also such socially significant personal qualities as the ability and readiness for continuous education, for innovation in professional activity. In this regard, in the educational process of the university, there is an increasing need to manage the process of forming students' self-organization skills.
Solving the problem of forming the ability of an individual to self-organize requires understanding education as the most important function of culture, as a “mechanism for launching new forms of culture”, “expanded reproduction and transmission of culture” [1]. One of the tasks of higher education is to ensure the full development of the personality of a future specialist, including the development of the ability to self-government and self-regulation, to the choice of a culturally appropriate way of life and behavior. The culture of self-organization formed during the period of study at the university is the key to the successful formation of a professional culture, creative self-development and self-realization, and the achievement of the peak of a person's development.
