THE ESSENCE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE ORGANIZATION OF A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF A FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract

The article examines the essence and importance of the organization of a collaborative environment in the professional training of a future teacher in foreign and domestic scientific literature. That is, the ways of implementing bilateral "equal" and interest-based interaction between teaching staff-teacher, teacher-group, group-collective, group-student, student-student are indicated. In addition, the creation of a collaborative environment helps students to work in a team (the "pair-group-audience" strategy), quickly learn from immersion lessons, communicate with group partners and quickly develop and publish new educational ideas during the discussion, encouraging them to deep interest, critical thinking, reflections on the application of new approaches and existing practice motivate to compare and draw conclusions. The organization of a collaborative environment in the higher education system is an important, integral part of it, positively influencing the professional training of the future teacher of new Kazakhstan. So, we are sure that this will strengthen the cooperation of students in a group, team and improve the quality of professional training of future teachers, which will ultimately contribute to the socio-economic development of the state.
