The formation of innovative activity of teachers of future preschool organizations in the pedagogical process is an urgent problem of the modern education system. Because the activity in innovation, the desire to master the activity, the ability to differentiate and apply innovative technologies form the basis of innovation. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the works of domestic and Russian scientists who have studied the concept of innovation activity, the problem of preparing a future teacher for innovation activity, training requirements, and the main directions of its organization are considered.
The article also talks about the modern educational direction "Klax-pedagogy" (Klax-Pädagogik), which is one of the innovative directions widely known in Western Europe, but not yet considered in Kazakh pedagogy. Klax-pedagogy is a field of science focused on competence, focused on a person and supporting him in development and education.
