Abstract

The article is an intensive search for new ways and forms of improving the quality of training of future
primary school teachers in the higher education system with sufficiently deep scientific knowledge, research,
pedagogical and methodological skills. The professional training of the future teacher, his pedagogical skills,
qualifications, knowledge, intellectual and general culture are considered. The professionalism of a modern
teacher is reflected in the fact that he solves communicative problems not intuitively, but consciously, on the
basis of psychological and pedagogical laws.Teachers note a low level of individual and personal
foundations of communication skills among schoolchildren, which negatively affects the results and quality
of their practical, grammatical and external speech skills, constructive communication, subsequent social
self-realization and productivity.
