Annotation
The article discusses the prerequisites for the formation of moral culture and upbringing of spiritual values in preschool children. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that in the process of moral education of the younger generation moral concepts, virtuous habits and motives of positive behavior are comprehensively formed in their minds. In turn, this achieves a comprehensive and radical consolidation of the moral education of preschool children, whose source is in the traditions and culture of the nation, which have been tested over the centuries.
Various approaches, methods and means, such as the experience of educational establishments and the achievements of modern science, are used in the formation of moral and cultural behaviour in children of preschool age. The results of pedagogical research conducted in the educational process on the formation of children's moral culture, restraint, thrift are presented in the experimental part of the article.
The article considers the moral education, purposeful activity of teachers-educators on formation of definite characteristics of behavior in children and imparting to them norms and rules of behavior, which define their attitude to each other, family, other people, state, Motherland.
