In this article, it is considered that there is a need for professionals with developed professional mobility who can optimally and quickly respond to changes in the education system in Kazakhstan. In this regard, theoretically studying the scientific foundations of the concept of professional mobility, attention is paid to the lack of connections between theoretical knowledge and experience in the training of future specialists.
Using a systematic approach, the author makes contextual analyzes of the history of the concept of "mobility", "professional mobility" and the thoughts of various scientists about its main qualities, and gives scientific conclusions. In addition, it divides the formation and development of professional mobility into three stages and shows the directions of development.
During the retrospective analysis of the concept of professional mobility at the first stage of the research problem, it is determined that it is the main indicator of the social problems of certain groups and individuals in the society. And during the Soviet period, the concept of professional mobility was a developmental force of the society, various directions of training of future specialists were developed in higher education institutions, and the requirements for the development of professional qualities in them were clearly considered.
In the course of the study, based on the current new educational paradigm, in order to train specialists with professional mobility qualities, a reflexive analysis of its historical development perspective was made.
