Today, the rapidly evolving mass digitalization plays an important role in improving the improving of
the educational system. The beginning of the technological revolution requires the use of educational
technologies, which include distance learning technologies. Nowadays the didactic innovations are widely
used so the distance learning plays a significant role in the educational system. The effective organization of
distance learning is one of the main reasons for improving the educational results. Here it is necessary to
discuss and analyze separately the forms of organization of the educational process which will allow to use
the new teaching methods.
The article describes the main forms of organization of the educational process which include electronic
lectures, video lectures, practical classes, the students' self study and different control forms being used in
distance learning. They have been briefly identified, analyzed and explained in more detailed way
