This article discusses the formation of educational motivation in younger schoolchildren based on the situation of success. It is assumed that methods that cause a situation of success cause motivation to learn, increase students' interest in classes, and should also arouse interest in classes using various methods, not one motive. It is noted that if there is a steady interest, the process of developing his cognitive functions and life skills is greatly facilitated, interests, tasks and goals play a key role in the system of motivational factors.
The main task of the teacher is to give students knowledge that meets the requirements of modern life and adapt them to this life. The formation of educational motivation in the learning process stimulates the interest of students in the subject, teaches them independent search, the development of a culture of speech, the free expression of their thoughts, the ability to negotiate with each other. A teacher who strives to productively organize any educational process, first of all, seeks to use various methods and techniques in order to increase motivation, i.e. students' interest in it, seeks to look for its foundations, roots.
