FEATURES OF DRAWING UP EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The integration of Kazakhstan into the world economy, the country's progress among the developed countries, creates the need to respond quickly to fundamental changes taking place in the world. In this article, the issue of training teachers in the system of continuing education in connection with the new conditions of development of the country in all areas is considered. Opinions on continuing education are given and author's conclusions are drawn. The results of the analysis of educational programs of higher educational institutions that train teachers in the country are given, and problematic issues are grouped. In the context of continuity of education, attention is paid to the principle of continuity in the development of educational programs (OP) at each stage of the system, and a model is proposed in which you can be guided by the main issues of the development of the program.
