The article actualizes the problem of creating a unified and open educational space of a kindergarten, providing equal access to education for all pupils and quickly responding to external socio-cultural changes, is the most important condition for improving the educational process, and therefore becomes the key to improving the quality of preschool education as a whole.
The authors substantiate the role and importance of the formation of the foundations of self-realization of preschoolers in the process of familiarization with the outside world. The main idea implemented in this work is: the transition of the higher school of Kazakhstan from an informative system of education to a problematic, creatively developing serious systemic psychological and pedagogical training of teachers of higher education, without mastering the mechanisms of personal and professional growth is impossible. As a result of the analysis of foreign experience, literary sources, the authors conclude that it is necessary to strengthen the psychological and pedagogical training of teachers of the Kazakh higher school of non-pedagogical profile through updating the content of advanced training courses for university teachers, modernization of educational programs of postgraduate education.
