This article reveals in detail the specifics of the manifestation of aggression, physical and moral
negative impact on children in the school environment, the concept of "bullying" is described in detail and
explained. The main world achievements in the field of combating this phenomenon are considered. The
structures and features of preventive and anti-bullying programs created in different countries of the world
from the 80s of the 20th century to the present are analyzed. The article also provides a short list of authors
of scientific works that reveal the problem of bullying and violence among schoolchildren. The main factors
that have a positive effect on the stabilization and elimination of bullying in the training team are considered.
The necessity of preparing a future teacher is shown.
