Abstract

With the growth of the global process of globalization, the rapid development of the information society and the knowledge-based economy, the internationalization of higher education is becoming the main characteristic feature and an important trend in the development of higher education in many countries. Internationalization of higher education is usually understood as the integration of an international dimension in the process of training, research and social services. The article analyzes the driving forces of internationalization of higher education. The authors believe that improving the quality of personnel training is one of the driving forces of such a process as the internationalization of higher education. Analyzing the importance of internationalization of higher education for improving the quality of training, the authors draw attention to the need to enrich best practices and professional development in the field of employment, the introduction of appropriate strategies to improve the quality of training at universities, the development of innovation and talent. The article makes an attempt to reveal the process of integrating knowledge into the global scientific space, since internationalization in the field of education contributes to an increase in the competitiveness of the education system and approximation to the best international practices.
