Abstract

The article discusses the formation of flexible skills in the preschool education system in older preschool children. The relevance of the study lies in the role of the adequacy of age-specific features of communicative and social skills in preparing children for later levels of education and their early socialization. The es sence of the concept of Soft skills is revealed in the context of senior preschool age with an in-depth theoretical analysis of the structure and content. The author focuses on the pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative, emotional, and socio-regulatory skills in children in the process of joint activities.

Joint activity is considered as an effective pedagogical tool in the formation of emotional responsiveness, self-regulation, interaction and cooperation skills in older preschool children. In order to develop flexible skills, the main forms and principles of organizing joint activities aimed at creating a favorable developing environment are analyzed.

The research materials can be used in the practice of preschool educational organizations, as well as in the process of developing special pedagogical and psychological programs and methodological recommendations aimed at expanding the field of knowledge and developing socially significant skills of older preschool children.
