The aim of the work was to develop a digital educational portal, the implementation of which is based on the use of blockchain technologies that ensure the reliability, transparency of data and operations. The significance of the research is determined by the practical application of new technologies for the implementation of the electronic educational process in higher educational institutions. The authors conducted a study and found that blockchain technology is mainly used for: issuing and verifying academic certificates, exchanging knowledge and academic achievements of students. In addition, the technology provides important benefits for education, including providing a secure platform for student sharing, lower costs, and increased trust and transparency. Analyzing the results obtained, it can be noted that the set task of developing the portal was achieved, and in the course of the work, goals and directions for the development of the development were outlined.
