The paper describes the results of studying the physical and technical preparedness of female volleyball players. The project involved 20 female students aged 18-20 who were part of the university's volleyball team and had training experience ranging from 3 to 5 years. They had first-class sports qualifications and were candidates for master's degrees. The assessment of the girls' special fitness was carried out using the following tests: vertical jump from a standing position with both feet on the ground; standing dynamometry; 92-meter run with changing direction (Christmas tree); forward bend; jumping from a standing position; and throwing a rebound ball. To determine the technical and tactical preparedness of female volleyball players, indicators of the volume of serves; the volume of receiving serves; receiving passes; attacking shots; the volume of blocking were identified. The features of the correlation relationship between the data of special and technical preparedness of female volleyball players were determined. A negative relationship was found between handgrip dynamometry, back dynamometry, forward inclination, and quantitative optimality of the feed. A positive relationship was found for the other parameters of special fitness.
The article proposes a method for improving the special and technical training of female volleyball players as a factor in the development of student sports. It also introduces an approach related to the implementation of sports-oriented physical education in the discipline of physical culture. To improve the special training of female volleyball players, exercises for the development of the hand, jumping are proposed.
