The article analyzes the essence, the most important properties of tolerant communication, its totality and the core in conveying the functional characteristics of tolerant communication to future specialists. Social volunteer services as a means of forming a tolerant attitude of future specialists are characterized in the aggregate and holistic concept of knowledge by interaction with participants in the educational process in various types of activities based on creative, vital and professional values and spiritual and moral qualities of future specialists, morality, openness, tolerance. Based on a worldwide study, three types of volunteerism are described as direct assistance to volunteer managers, volunteer assistants, and volunteers. «Tolerant communication of future specialists is a trajectory of interaction with participants in the educational process in various types of activities based on creative (life and professional values and spiritual and moral qualities of future specialists, morality, openness, tolerance), ensuring the self-realization of the subjects of the educational process» The components, criteria and indicators of the formation of a tolerant attitude of future specialists are outlined.
According to the diagnostic work in the empirical department, 119 respondents are given a three-level survey, each question in the questionnaire is divided into levels and 4 responsible contents are given. The quantitative results of a level 3 survey (with multiple choice answers) «Depending on volunteer services and tolerant communication» are indicated.
